ARE YOU OUR NEW CLIENT SERVICE LEADER?

At B&E, we take pride in being Tasmanian and the strong relationships we create with our clients.  We are seeking an experienced retail banking professional who shares our passion for the delivery of exceptional service, to join our retail branch leadership team in the role of Client Service Leader at our Launceston Branch.

Reporting to the Retail Manager (North), you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your retail branch outlet, leading your team in the delivery of superior service through actively seeking to meet the complete financial needs of our clients and generate quality home and personal finance referrals for our regional lending team.  You will also provide consumer lending services (credit cards and personal loans) to clients who you have actively identified.

Key to your success will be your proven track record in achieving and exceeding operational and sales targets in a retail banking environment, your consumer lending skills, your demonstrated ability to encourage, coach and develop a team and your strong commitment to meeting client needs.
