We are seeking an experienced commercial finance professional who shares our pride and passion, to join our team in the role of Senior Credit Analyst.

Based at our Launceston Head Office, this full-time, permanent position undertakes all matters relating to credit assessments for our commercial, rural, self-employed and retail clients including complex balance sheet interpretation, analysis, review and subsequent credit assessment decisions. In this senior position you will undertake review of B&E lending policy and procedure to market change, and will assist with the development of organisation capability within the Credit Operations and Retail Lending teams.

To be successful in this role you will have a high level understanding of business structures and demonstrated experience in analysing financial documents. You may be currently working as a credit analyst, accountant, auditor or commercial lender and are looking for new challenges in which to apply your skills.

We are seeking an experienced strategic marketing professional who shares our pride and passion, to join our team in the role of Marketing Manager.

Based at our Launceston Head Office, this role is accountable for maintaining a strong positive profile and reputation for B&E within the Tasmanian marketplace and the effective marketing of B&E’s products and services which position B&E as a main financial institution, leading to growth in market share (owner occupied housing and transactional banking markets) and the achievement of sales and profit targets.

Key to your success will be your ability to effectively and efficiently manage B&E’s marketing & communications function, including workflow planning, management and resource allocation (human and financial), partnered with building strong mutually beneficial relationships with internal teams and suppliers.

This is a 12 month fixed term parental leave replacement role.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for the delivery of superior service which seamlessly meets our clients’ transactional needs, whilst actively seeking to strengthen the relationship by identifying and meeting clients’ complete financial needs.  This includes achieving sales targets for our third party insurance products and identifying quality home and personal finance referrals for our specialist lending team.

Key to your success will be your proven track record in achieving and exceeding operational and sales targets, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and drive to continue to develop your skills and career within this industry.

Part-time and casual roles are available which may be worked across our Hobart CBD, Glenorchy and Rosny branches.
