We are seeking a talented Human Resources professional to join our team in the newly created role of Organisational Development & Learning Officer, based at our Launceston Head Office.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this full-time, permanent position has been established to support the delivery of our People Strategy through the development and implementation of initiatives and programs that build and enhance organisational culture, values, capability (competence and behavioural) and performance within a growing organisation with exciting plans for the future.

Key to your success will be your exposure to contemporary capability, leadership, performance and culture programs, experience with the design, delivery and administration of innovative training programs, and demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.  You must be results orientated, display excellent communication skills and have a strong focus on stakeholder requirements.
