B&E Personal Banking is part of one of Australia's largest ATM networks, rediATM, providing clients with access to more than 90 rediATMS across Tasmania (including at each of our branches and at our Smithton Agency) and more than 3,500 rediATMs Australia-wide, direct-charge free.

At any rediATM you can withdraw cash, check your account balance or make transfers, without paying a direct charge fee. B&E clients are also able to use any National Australia Bank (NAB) or Bank of Queensland (BOQ) ATMs without paying a direct charge fee.

Getting started

All you need to do is ensure you have a B&E VISA Debit or Access^ Card linked to your B&E everyday or savings account or a B&E VISA Credit Card together with a personal identification number (PIN). You can then use any ATM linked to the rediATM network*.

*Please note that you can use other financial provider ATMs; however, you may incur a direct charge fee.
^B&E Access Card can be used at ATMs within Australia only.

Find your nearest rediATM

To find your nearest rediATM, open the map via the link to the right. By default the map will focus into Tasmania. Simply enter your Suburb, Postcode or Address to view your closest rediATM's on the interactive map.

Alternatively, you can allow your browser to automatically detect your location.

Find your nearest rediATM by SMS

Simply SMS* either your Suburb, or your Postcode and State, to:

You'll receive an SMS within seconds with the rediATM locations closest to you.

* SMS costs 55c including GST. Cardholders who do not have premium phone line SMS enabled, will not be able to access this service.

What fees will apply when I use a non-rediATM?

When you use a non-rediATM a direct charge fee will apply.

This is a fee that the ATM owner will charge you up-front to use their ATM. The fee may vary depending on the ATM owner. At the time of your transaction the fee will be displayed on the screen and you will have the option to:

Accept the fee & proceed with your transaction; or Decline the fee & cancel your transaction.

Please Note: B&E does not charge a "foreign" ATM fee when clients use a non-rediATM.
