Prudential Disclosure



B&E Ltd as an Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (ADI) is subject to supervision by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).  Under APRA’s ADI Prudential Framework, Prudential Standards are issued which B&E must comply with.  One such standard is Prudential Standard APS 330 which “aims to enhance transparency in Australian financial markets by setting minimum requirements for the public disclosure of information on the risk management practices and capital adequacy of locally incorporated Authorised Deposit-taking Institutions”.
